Pros

Decent salaries - comparable to area average Medical coverage great for employees with kids, average for employees with no kids.

Cons

- Inadequate amount of PTO No incentive to be more than an average employee. Stellar employees are just given more work.

Location, shuttles to parking deck, competitive pay, administration that listens and cares, staff appreciation events, gives back to the community through it's staff, kind staff, clean facilities
