      Pros

      Management promotes and supplements continuing education. Great team work with employees and working to improve the health and lives of children keeps it positive on even a tough day. Benefits are competitive with other facilities and at least in Emergency, staff is usually able to help with scheduling conflicts between work and home.

      Cons

      Pay rate is good but not great. Not a huge issue if you are there because you loving working with children.

      Pros

      This is a great place to work. There are a lot of good people who work here and believe in what they are doing to better the lives of children and their families. Pay for office positions is decent, comparable if not better than other companies in the area.

      Cons

      There is not a lot of room for advancement for mid-level employees, unless you are a nurse or other medical staff. I am working at a skill level above my position without really having anywhere to advance or being compensated for it, which is really not going to keep me motivated long-term.
