      Pros

      There are some employees who are magical. They really do make the job and enjoyable place. Benefits are pretty good.

      Cons

      Treats employees pretty poorly. No respect for employees. Horrible work environment. People don't like their jobs and a very quick to tell you so.

      This nursing staff is great.

      Cons

      Management is clueless as to the work in the trenches. Management needs to stop focusing on growing and focus on what they already have. They are spreading themselves too thin. Staff is not appreciated monetarily or otherwise.
