      No one wants to lead the department always wants employees to follow-up with HR and HR says it is a departmental issue. No one to go to to give you answers

      Great hours, wonderful and friendly staff and coworkers, amazing benefits, the satifying feeling of helping others, easy hands-on training, and a perfect position for college students

      Cons

      The job requires you to sit at a desk for an 8 hour shift, unless you are the part-time person who gives breaks. Job can get a little slow at times. Any suggestions have to go through a committee to be approved, which can sometimes be a slow process.
