Pay pay pay. Other departments are receiving raises but the Appointment Center only gets the company wide rise every year. People are leaving in groups for other hospitals due to pay. Management is a revolving door. Trainers don’t know anything and when you ask one of the Supervisors a question, she never knows anything. They promote not by what you know but if they like you. Applied for a Senior and training position several times and was declined but they gave it to someone who asks ridiculous questions.
