      Pros

      It is a hospital for kids in our community. I do not believe all depts. are bad or the entire hospital just the one I was in.

      Cons

      Inconsistent training No clear process Management has favorites No diversity Sabotage and dog eat dog environment Low Pay Supervisors not knowledgeable. Not welcoming to new people. HR/management does not take new hire complaints seriously. Only Nurses and Doctors matter. Management is not empathetic to employees they do not like or is new.

      Pros

      Excellent training! Manager consistently takes the time to talk to team to address any concerns. Wellness program is great! They really care about the employees. Room for growth. Internal employee website keeps employees up to date
