Pros

Facility provides superb healthcare to children in many locations. Every patient is treated with dignity and respect without worrying about how payment will be obtained.

Cons

Management is a joke! Employees are micromanaged, treated poorly by their superiors (I’m sure their are some areas this does not apply), and have no voice. Management has no accountability for their actions. Management speaks down to employees and speaks of people publicly. In my area, bold face lies were told without any hesitation. I found that anyone will be thrown under the bus to cover errors. Some areas are permitted to work extended hours for weeks that contain holidays, other areas are not. I was advised during interview process that extended hours would be acceptable for my position. I learned later, this was not true. My manager advised me that PTO was required for all holidays and extended hours were not acceptable to cover the holiday. I was an exempt employee and worked well over my hours every week as required for projects. This review is from the business side.
