The work is a bit mind numbing but the work itself isn’t difficult or too challenging.

Cons

If you’re a woman you will not advance. I’ve been denied raises while male coworkers with less experience and work ethic have been paid more and promoted.

Pros

It’s a fun work environment for the first 6 months and is a good college job and a great place to meet new friends. Usually it’s pretty chill. I learned a lot about a lot of different products and the pro deals are great.

Cons

They don’t pay fairly in the sense that you can work there for 2 or 3 years and then all of a sudden, someone that has only worked there for like 6 months is making a significant amount more. They also repeatedly ask you to come in during time that you’ve said you're unavailable. Like ok I’m not ditching class to come work? Working holidays sucks too but that’s just the nature of a retail job.
