      Good, competitive pay. Good benefit packages and options.

      Cons

      Corrupt, and inexperienced management. Employees are undervalued and overworked. Chronically understaffed. Did not always have the supplies/equipment to perform job functions on a day to day basis.

      Terribly managed Horrible union business agents, they will literally advocate any members bad behavior. Difficult to work with Plenty of horrible employees hiding under the safety of the Union Never seen a company with so many shifty people under one roof - drug thieves, nurses leaving patients unattended, major medical errors
