      Pros

      Very good work/life balance. People are friendly, helpful, and professional. Inter-departmentally, people are responsive and there is a strong desire to work in partnership with one another. Their facilities (particularly the new Acute Care Tower at Highland) are some of the best in the state.

      Cons

      AHS is going through some significant changes for the better. They are bringing ground-breaking concepts to the forefront. This presents challenges as new strategies and initiatives create communication issues which are constantly being refined. This may cause some frustration for some people as they work the bugs out.

      I honestly could not come up with one

      Cons

      Horribly managed and dysfunctional, unions dictate everything which means the worst employees are always kept (mostly nurses which is horrifying)
