Outdated Technology hinders AHS' ability to provide the best quality they can deliver. Alot of double talk from the management team. They like to dangle carrots and say they'll do things and do not deliver. For example, I asked to have my job description job drawn up and was constantly told it was being worked on after 6+ months of having worked there. Be cautious when accepting a job offer, get everything in writing first and don't sign anything agreeing to be unrepresented by the Union; they'll overwork you without adequate compensation. Career advancement in certain departments are limited.
