Good people, good environment, typical office job.

Cons

Not properly trained, there's a lot of miscommunication due to the amount of people you have to go through in order to complete your tasks. Everyone has been there for many years, so they tend to favorite people. It takes years to get promoted and it's not much of a change in title.

Pros

If your just getting into industry then this is the right place to learn. Easy equipment builders and also having a sales assistant is a plus.

Cons

Does not pay commissions first year, Upper management does not allow for vendors to come in and educate sales. Very closed minded and only allows sales to sell very specific things that are only approved by upper management.
