Pros

As a student worker, APU is a great employer, with flexible scheduling & lots of opportunities. The community is small & tight-knit, which is great.

Cons

All academic institutions have a certain amount of staff vs. faculty friction. It's mostly unnoticeable as a student worker. APU is also going through some rather large institutional transitions, and it isn't always smooth sailing, but that's to be expected.

Pros

The work environment is fabulous. The campus is small and everyone knows and cares about the students and staff. Every Wednesday there is a farmer's market which makes grocery shopping easier.

Cons

Honestly there are no con's. The benefits could be better but that's being worked on right now.
