Pros

The work environment is fabulous. The campus is small and everyone knows and cares about the students and staff. Every Wednesday there is a farmer's market which makes grocery shopping easier.

Cons

Honestly there are no con's. The benefits could be better but that's being worked on right now.

Pros

Great to have work location on-campus. Pay is higher than some others since you deal with a budget. Your supervisor will be one of your instructors, so if you get along well and are highly professional in your duties then it's great! You're trusted to be very independent and take the initiative to get work done as it's needed. My last year of employment was 2012. There was no option to choose lower than 2013.

Cons

Hours for this position can be limiting. There is a lot to do, but it's nice to hold a different job to get more hours (money) if you need it. Can be lonely since you'll probably be working in a room all by yourself most, if not all the time.
