Pros

Good people, Good location (Milton is just outside of Cambridge but has a selection of pubs etc) and there are activities put on for staff. Free food friday is always popular.

Cons

Recently there has been a major lack of focus in the core CDN product with a number of transitions started and then labelled as complete without actually being finished. Certain areas of the business group have become interesting to work in.
