Very bad and under skilled Managers at Chennai , No learning, No good managers in Chennai, That we can find out from the interview questions itself, All the managers got selected in Alcatel at the time of 96-2000, They are not upgrading work and development process depends upon the latest trends, They dont know even basics of Networking ... They are having only Speaking talents even by using that they are not able to maintain attrition ..
