Pros

There are certainly many genuine and good people at lower levels, that don't ONLY have their own agenda to fulfill and egos to stroke.

Cons

First a word of warning, you will see a number of reviews within the last 6-12 months that are VERY short and 5 star.... Do yourself a big favor and don't mind those that inflate the star rating - management and leadership went out of their way to BEG AND PLEAD many new hires and employees in each and every sales and company meeting "leave some great reviews so we can attract some great talent".... ah nothing like fake reviews to appease and get in the good graces of management. The previous CMO saw the writing on the wall and jumped ship at just the right time... Since they've gone on to lose their biggest customer and have reorganized the entire sales organization in an attempt to hit unbelievably laughable sales numbers, as they believe they can go implement how Qualtrics ran their business with a completely DIFFERENT SET OF STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES with the tech, instead of doing the things that were previously producing results. In fact they are so fixated on their competition that they hired the new CRO laky directly from Qualtrics who subsequently brought in a bunch of his own high paid yes men, but things have just gotten worse since and sales are dismal... Apparently he wasn't important enough to stay on with big high flying Qualtrics with the recent acquisition by private equity.

Alchemer: A Company in Crisis

Pros

The only glimmer of positivity lies in the remnants of the culture established before the current CEO took the helm. The allowance for employees to work from home one day a week, and if you're lucky, two days, is a small consolation amidst the turmoil.

Cons

The CEO's arrogance knows no bounds, creating an atmosphere where employees are made to feel like disposable pawns rather than valued contributors. It's abundantly clear that, regardless of your title or tenure, you're just another replaceable cog in the wheel of the CEO's grandiose ego. This toxic attitude permeates the company, with whispers of discontent echoing behind closed doors. If you dare to question or challenge the leadership team, you're swiftly shown the door. Dissent is not tolerated, and those who don't toe the line are pushed out without hesitation. Furthermore, the CEO surrounds himself with lackeys whose sole purpose seems to be protecting his unprofessional behavior rather than effectively fulfilling their job responsibilities. This results in a leadership team that is more concerned with maintaining the status quo than driving positive change or supporting their employees.
