Will things turn around? Probably not, but here's to hoping.

Pros

Incredibly friendly and intelligent coworkers that are always willing to help and have fun. A few managers will work hard to help you learn and grow your career. Pretty cool product when it works :)

Cons

Management. Some managers are not mature enough for the position. They will often have outbursts when you ask for help or want to discuss something further. During one meeting, someone asked for clarification and a manager proceed to yell and curse at the team then proceeded to slam their laptop down and storm out of the room. This manager is not comfortable with coaching which hinders the team as a whole. Success comes from coaching and encouragement NOT eye-rolls and accusations. Quotas are unrealistic given the current state of the product. It is hard to increase prices and upsell when the product can't keep up with updates and continually has infrastructure problems. The customers are not ignorant and the company cannot keep giving the same excuses. Support and Engineering try their best but the investment is being pushed into hiring more salespeople rather than the product. Commission Plans - To any new hires or potential appliers - be aggressive to ensure you receive a comp plan BEFORE accepting the job. Ask thorough questions. Management will claim they don't know what's going on, they don't have power over that or just lie to you about what you will be paid. The comp plan might look great, but given your quota - you won't get paid anything past your base.

Our product is pretty cool – thanks. And we do have friendly and intelligent team members. During these COVID times, our people are engaged and united in supporting each other and our customers. We will continue to invest in our Managers and Directors to build their leadership and management skills, and we continually identify other opportunities for folks who want to learn and grow their careers with us. -David Roberts, CEO

Pros

- Stocked kitchen - Fun coworkers - Free bikes for rent - Great location, close to walking trails for lunch - Pretty good insurance benefits - Open office with couches and bean bags, so you can work wherever you're comfortable

Cons

- Very little recognition for hard work - Zero training or coaching in sales/account management - Management doesn't seem to care about their employees, or they are too worried about keeping their own jobs to make real differences - So many broken promises and opportunities that were taken away. I was supposed to get a promotion, but they fired the director giving it to me, and I never received the promotion. They promised to put me on a special project to make up for it, but they never followed through. - They hire very experienced people & put them in entry level positions. Very little career mobility at this company. - The extremely experienced directors/managers are not respected and their voice is not heard. They seem scared to lose their jobs and are unable to effect real change.

Pros

The benefits are awesome, the best one being a location in Boulder. Additionally, there are many amazing people working at this company.

Cons

In a brand new role for the company and a relatively new role for the tech industry, I showed up 100% everyday and had the unique ability to run with the limtied time I got with my boss. A superior of mine was completely incompetent when it comes to data manipulation. Didn't understand their own role in the company, but instead of taking responsibility, they scapegoated me in theirown mind then decided to let me go. Unfortunately for this company, they lost me. They had no interest in honoring the dedication I displayed for the company, even moving from Denver to work for them. The experience dehumanized this company, for whom I volunteered without hesitation on their Bike to Work initiative. They became a machine incapable of seeing and preventing bad actors from entering their company and wreaking havoc. The company let the bad egg go, but not before casualties fell by the wayside.
