Leadership is available and attentive to your comments The organization is always open to suggestions Recognition is always front of mind I never feel like I'm in a box as they are always open to ingenuity

Cons

This is not as much of a "cons" if you are an individual used to working in a fast paced environment. But you have to be ready for things changing and act fast as this company is growing fast.

Pros

Fantastic leadership that sets clear and realistic expectations. Company provides excellent support, encourages creativity, and opportunities to grow. Thus far, best job I've ever had. Also, Alchemer loves to feed its employees, so show up with an appetite.

Cons

No cons I can think of. Some people might not like that it is strongly encouraged to work in the office. However, being that it is a fun place to work, it's the best-case scenario with regards to in-office vs remote.

Salary, Benefits and commission was fair. Decent product.

Cons

Inexperienced Management. 1 manager for every 5 sales reps which is unnecessary. Also not enough leads. 1 hour sales meetings 2 times a week to go over pipeline and 1:1 once a week to, again, go over pipeline. Worst micromanaging I’ve ever seen.
