Pros

The People - Across the organization, people embody the company values of being service-oriented to customers and one another, being curious, and always finding a way to make good things happen. Company Culture - Leadership is transparent and takes a continuous improvement approach to company culture, a fun and engaging place to work. The Product - Industry-leading feedback solution the Alchemer organization and customers find easy to use and effective at the enterprise level. Growing fast - The company is consistent and systematic about growth, creating opportunities for employees that only exist in this type of dynamic environment.

Cons

For employees who are in the Denver - Boulder Metro area, post-COVID commute times have exceeded pre-pandemic commute times though this con is somewhat mitigated by the hybrid work model Alchemer offers.

Pros

This is a place where you can see your impact- both short term and long term. You can ask hard questions and know that someone will answer you, whether it's your own manager or someone else. And if the answer doesn't make sense, you can keep asking until it does. Benefits are great- with options for healthcare that fit my family. The 401k is the best I've seen. My manager is flexible with my hours and when I need to work from home, though I'd rather be in the office. Everyone is an "owner" through our employee participation program.

Cons

Alchemer is in a sweet spot right now to grow and hit targets. Lately it feels like the universe is working against us and the economy is having an impact, but the executive team and our owners are doing a great job to weather the unexpected. The day to day can be challenging and you have to be comfortable with change.

Pros

Great benefits, lovely people, culture shifting, leadership changes! DEI&B committee reinstated, new sales leadership, upward feedback processes coming. Transparent about future acquisitions, smooth onboarding and helpful friendly IT department

Cons

Not centrally located, legacy approval procedures still in place that lack efficiency and feel like red tape
