Pros

Young, energetic company a few miles from Downtown Boulder. Nice benefits, lots of changes in job descriptions and duties, which can generate opportunities to learn.

Cons

Quirky culture that can be overly personal and clickish at times. Pay in the lower range - management acknowledges this. Though bonus opportunities exist they are small in comparison to the goals set, with those goals being a little unrealistic.

Thanks for the review! Yep -- we're actively working to fix the salary issue. It's taken a little longer than we like. Now that we have an unbiased source of salary data (no offense, GlassDoor) we're making moves to bring folks not in range up. Provided there isn't a performance issue -- HR would kill me for making blind promises without knowing where the feedback is coming from! :-) Our goal is to be in the 65 to 75 percentile for wages (higher than average, but we'll never have the highest salaries). We are very focused on having a very very strong benefits package -- particularly for those with families (new and older). Good advice in terms of maturity. If you're looking to take a job with us, please read this review and take it to heart. Remember, we're a young company -- not yet mature. But we're improving every year! -Christian CEO

Pros

Strong camaraderie within and across teams makes this a fun place to work. Leadership is demanding, but also very open and inclusive about company strategy. Position within the industry is strong as an up and comer winning battles against the established giants who are pivoting more toward profitability over growth

Cons

In office requirements aren't ideal for everyone, although I like the hybrid model.

Pros

Leadership is available and attentive to your comments The organization is always open to suggestions Recognition is always front of mind I never feel like I'm in a box as they are always open to ingenuity

Cons

This is not as much of a "cons" if you are an individual used to working in a fast paced environment. But you have to be ready for things changing and act fast as this company is growing fast.
