Pros

Alchemer has cultivated a true team environment. Management listens to employees and will take action on suggestions that benefit the organization. The pay is decent enough and I can’t complain about the benefits. We could always use more but it’s competitive for the industry so it wouldn’t make sense to complain. It’s been a pleasure and I eagerly look forward to the future.

Cons

You will have a lot of responsibility on your plate.

Pros

Fairly casual work environment. Sometimes it can get busy but it’s all manageable at the end of the day. No one is going to be riding your back or watching your every move. They trust that you will do you job and frankly, if you don’t, then you won’t last that long here anyways.

Cons

Hard to say. My biggest gripe is whenever we hire someone on who clearly doesn’t fit in with the culture.

Pros

1. Strong leadership- trustworthy, dependable and reliable 2. Great people to work with that have a heart for service and are team oriented! 3. This is a company dedicated to growth in all ways- they put their money where their mouth is but you have to have some patience. Great things take time to build. 4. Awesome benefits for employees 5. This company truly values wonderful employees. (those that complain on glassdoor weren't necessarily committed to their roles or their team so it's easy for them to throw shade- it's not accurate information). 6. We value our customers and go above and beyond for them.

Cons

This is a growing, evolving startup and if you're not on board for change and you don't have a growth mentality then you'll naturally feel overwhelmed. This is a company that requires drive, focus, and challenges you to grow in your career- this is a huge positive for people that are career driven!
