Pros

Everybody here seems to be happy, CEO is great, you can find him sitting around with employees, talking with everybody, In some places you won't find that. As the company depends on customer satisfaction you can see most employees treat you like a special client.

Cons

Till now I don't see anything bad.

Pros

There are plenty of other SaaS companies out there willing to throw perks your way that may compare perk for perk but I have never worked for another organization with such a healthy culture. Even with the quick growth this last year SurveyGizmo still feels like family. There are no clicks departmental silos. This alone is a huge selling point to anyone looking for a healthy environment to grow their career. • Very generous insurance offerings/benefits • Fully stocked kitchen with some healthy options and request board. :) • Instant access to 401k, free accident insurance and $200 added to your FSA each yr. • Open office environment • Wholehearted CEO who cares about yet still stretches the teams. • Customer Support centric company model.

Cons

As a bootstrap company there is not a ton of VC money to throw around and thus the office is a bit on the plane side and we tend to be a bit slower to hire the help we really need. Wages have been traditionally a bit lower than what would be found in other SasS companies as well but that was covered by the CEO in another review. (we get some nice benefits) Other areas that could use some adjustment: • Career Development (lacking time & funds set aside for courses, conferences, etc) • Health initiatives (candy is great but it would be good if we were encouraged to take care of ourselves) • Bonus structure. (bonuses used to be once a quarter, now they are annual and tied to goals that one cannot directly affect such as profit margins)
