Pros

There are some really great people that work at Alco. Multiple divisions, good sales growth, and strong pay.

Cons

The CFO is one of the worst professionals I've ever encountered. He goes throughout the day with his blinders on and doesn't accept nor does he take the time to learn about other aspects of the business. As a CFO he seeks first to blame others rather then understand the process, which gets the rest of the executive team very opinionated. If you're looking to join a solid Finance function I'd suggest you stay far away until there is someone leading the charge with stronger ethics and morals or you will end up just be a pawn on the board.

Unsafe work environment. Hostile work environment, management plays employees against each other. Management talks about private employee issues with other employees. Management doesn't care about employee safety. Management fires you if you speak out against them, they make excuses to get rid of employees
