Just about everything. I was promised a raise after 1 year and never even received a review. I was moved from shipping to driving for secondary without being trained. The environment was very juvenile. Asking for help was received with a firm "NO" from fellow employees. The leadership was always on a power trip and treated most of the employees like cattle and played favorites. I saw leadership literally screaming and putting down employees right in front of everyone. Certain supervisors would force OT even though management told them it was not approved. I witnessed verbal altercations between employees that were not addressed by leadership. If you played ball and were buddy buddy with upper management, you would get special treatment (including pay increases). There was theft from lockers and the locker room. Employees would drink on the job. They would go for lunch at a bar down the road and drink and come back to work. Just an overall toxic place to work. I worked there for just over a year from 2016-2017 at the Elyria plant. After about 2 months it was very hard to get up and go to work (10 hour days from 6am to 4:30pm.)
