We are working hard to increase our focus and attention in the areas of diversity and inclusion. It’s one of the reasons our Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer joined us in the latter part of 2020. We’ve recently completed a global assessment of our Diversity and Inclusion practices to get a baseline understanding of our maturity landscape to help us prioritize our focus areas. While we’ve made a lot of progress over the pasts two years by launching diversity metrics/KPIs for the ELT, expanding our programming for ERGs and upskilling associates around the globe regarding unconscious bias, our work in this area is ongoing.
