Novartis itself. It was very clear to everyone that Novartis did not care about Alcon's employees and were merely there to make as much money as possible. Upper management; Save for one, I really think they were all full of themselves and would say some things that don't really make sense, like selling 10 extra swimmers ear drops a day by the end of the year in November.

Complete disregard for employee training. Lack of vision by executive leadership team. Executive management has no clue what kind of in house talent they have and are outsourcing many positions, even Safety positions, that are better done by the people they already had. Moral is the lowest it has ever been. I am staying in hopes that the rumors are true and Novartis sells Alcon in Q1 of 2017. That will be the best thing that could ever happen to Alcon. Novartis has all but ruined what used to be a great company.
