Pros

Good Benefits 401k, Medical. People are generally friendly. Used to be a great company with great culture.

Cons

Company is more worried about quarterly numbers, than quality or "delighting our customers" Management is too comfortable and lacks any movement. Disconnected and afraid to make any decisions that will help employees or the company itself.. No one is held accountable for their actions or lack there-of. Minimal career development both skills wise or promotional.

Pros

Kits department is nice, freedom is more than other departments.

Cons

They don't follow the progression for higher paying positions, instead picking someone and pretending there's a chance for ANYONE to get the position. Seniority means nothing, punctuality means nothing, hard work means nothing.

Pros

Great place to develop in a manufacturing environment. Plenty of projects available for improvement.

Cons

It can be all about the numbers at the end of the day, sometimes compromising the highest quality of the products. Rushing and long hours will develop plenty of inefficient reworking and lost potential. Business needs demands long hours inclusive of weekends for all departments involved with manufacturing.
