Alcon in Johns Creek needs work on its company culture and work-life balance. The culture seems to lag behind the current times, and people with ethnic minority backgrounds are not treated the same nor offered equal opportunities. Work-life balance does not seem to exist at Alcon, with many associates working off the clock year round. The company needs to realize that employees need downtime in order to be efficient.

Upper management are the gastopo, they treat middle management like crap, you constantly feel like you are being squeezed on both ends, from above by upper management and below by your unhappy hourly workers. This job sucks man, if you are educated with a college degree, this is not the place for you. Look for something else.
