Pros

Compensation is decent as are benefits (not including vacation time which is not great)

Cons

Management is all over the place where each part of the country is run differently. They pressured workers to go back to work during this Covid period and already scheduled a LIVE meeting for January despite risks of employees. Company switched to FTO from PTO and advertised it as flexible yet when you ask for time off your manager belittles you and as a result forces you to take your own time when you want to. Which leads to last point. Even when you are doing great, they don't let you be your own sales person and structure your days or weeks as you see fit. VERY rigid M - F 8 - 5 better do it, better log in your 7,5 calls, better do your ridiculous multiple reports per week, better not use your car for personal time, better be a robot. RIDICULOUS. And when you leave they do not care AT ALL. If you want to get away from manager GOOD LUCK. Transferring to new position nearly impossible.

Pros

Pay, benefits, opportunities, and some small areas with great leaders and teams. It looks like the CEO and senior leadership has the right idea and is making good changes, but manufacturing seems to be the slowest area to see any positive changes.

Cons

In general it is an old school buddy-buddy management style. Little to no candid feedback, HR styles from the 80's. Yet at the same time very fearful of lawsuits. So bad people are just moved around with no development and problems just mount on problems. Would be an awesome place if they could figure out how to get rid of problem people, and really invest in developing some modern leadership styles. Talking mainly about MTO.

Pros

Rotating shifts (days & nights), GREAT benefits, 401K: company gives you 2% & matches up to 4%, Paid holidays, 3 weeks PTO, opportunities for growth, great co-workers. Plenty opportunities for overtime. 2 food cafeterias & 24hr gym on-site.

Cons

12-hour shifts with only two 15min breaks and a 45min lunch in which they are sticklers about adhering to. Other than that.... nothing!
