      Pros

      Culture, people, mission, and leadership! I honestly could not think of a better place to work and am so grateful for the opportunity.

      Cons

      Currently, we are growing so quickly that sometimes it can be hard to get an initiative up the pipeline, but that is something I see them working on consistently.

      Pros

      I've been with Aledade for 2+ years now and have throughly enjoyed my time here. It's the first company that I feel like I fit into and can imagine myself growing with over the next decade. The culture is genuine and work-life balance is truly embraced. The mission and our work make it that much better; we're reducing the cost of care in the US health system, we're enabling independent primary care practices to stay independent, and we're helping to keep patients healthier.

      Cons

      As a growing and maturing start-up company, there can be lots of changes in a short period of time. Communication could be better with rollouts of new initiatives, but it's something that leadership is aware of and is striving to address.

      Company hires leaders in their field Innovative Growing rapidly Work-life flexibility!

      Cons

      Very fast-paced (which can also be a pro), you onboard quickly and are expected to hit the ground running. Lots of growth so sometimes communication isn't great. You can feel somewhat disconnected from the overarching mission because you are so focused on delivering in your specific team.
