      Pros

      Aledade's People culture is phenomenal !! The company leadership ensures peoples wellbeing is top priority and has various support systems to ensure employees are taken care of and in turn increases work productivity. Work life balance cannot get any better. Being a mother of two I am able to contribute my best along with taking care of my kids activities. Lots of learning & growth opportunities. Highly recommend Aledade!!!

      Pros

      Aledade is committed to value-based care, from the top down there is a strong commitment to delivering better care, at lower cost, for our patients. Additionally, there is a strong emphasis on supporting health equity initiatives, and supporting community health centers. It's really rewarding. The culture is fantastic, Aledade has built a team that is incredibly driven, curious, and diverse. I'm fortunate to work across a number of departments and I've been continually impressed by the teams we've assembled here. Compared to previous employers, the pay is better, PTO is at least comparable, and work-life balance is significantly better.

      Cons

      We are growing rapidly, and there are a fair number of growing pains. Sometimes work gets duplicated or done inefficiently, it happens. We are a fully remote company, and I'd prefer more face time than we get (we are obviously coming out of COVID, things could change).

      Pros

      - management walks the talk when it comes to putting employees at the center of each decision - very flexible and supportive of a strong work life balance mentality - always seeking improvement to do better by employees and practices - great benefits and PTO your first year (4 weeks!) - places great importance on properly training managers on how to be a manager and support your team (great guidance on personal goals, support on projects, check-ins each month for feedback, everyone is very personable)

      Cons

      - depending on your team/position there may not be much crossover of working with others which can make remote life lonely (sometimes!)
