      Pros

      Aledade has given me flexibility and autonomy in ways that I would have never thought were possible in the workforce. I transitioned from working in a clinic struggling to get my work done and home to my family on time. I now work for a company who encourages and supports work life balance and utilizing PTO.

      I have none at this time. I see continuous improvements in processes that make our jobs more streamlined.

      working for a company that has a positive impact on society by helping reduce chronic illness and repeat visits, remote work is well-adapted in the culture, everyone is smart and nice to work with, company goals are measurable and regularly achieved
