      Pros

      *Supportive team that truly cares about your personal and professional wellbeing *Positive work/life balance and flexible work schedule *A open environment to learn as you go. You can make mistakes, learn from them, and not worry that you'll be sent to the chocking block if you mess up. *Focused and driven on DEI initiatives...and following through on those initiatives *Aledade is a mission-driven company. They are pushing for a better healthcare system for all in the US. This is the first company that I am 100% happy to be a part of. It doesn't have a corporate-feel where it's all about profits coming in. There is a genuine support system throughout the company and it shows in the many different teams. If right culture fit is a must for you, then this really is a stand-out company.

      -Salaries aren't always competitive, but I think that comes with most startups

      Pros

      I am able to find a lot of joy in the success that Aledade has in improving population health, especially in at-risk populations, and in how it is able to save government expenditure. The people I work with are smart, focused, and very fun to work with. The fully remote, with the option for offices in select cities, makes it easy to live a flexible lifestyle.

      Cons

      Somethings are still currently being built, which means that workflows will not always be polished and tested. Aggressive hiring means that you're constantly needing to help onboard/educate people on Aledade's tech/workflows.

      Pros

      culture and people are very important to the original leaders of Aledade, the OG leadership really believes in the mission and they want to do what is good for people and patients. Aledade is a great place to work and bad or abusive behavior is not tolerated. CEO is one of the best people I know. Aledade is super inclusive and everyone gets a chance to participate in hiring interviews. Work-life balance is mostly good.

      Cons

      Pains of the fast-growing company. balancing limited resources with the many needs of the organization could be hard. The product arm of the company has a much stronger voice than engineering. Too many KRs not enough resources, Tech debt Mandatory vaccines even for remote folks
