Working at Aledade is comforting to find so many others out there who have the same passion as you do regarding healthcare. We all believe in the Triple Aim-Care, Health & Cost. Teams across Aledade all work together to fulfill the Triple Aim concept. We have many teams across Aledade, yet you are always included; everyone's opinion counts. Aledade asks us the employee what is going well and what isn't. They follow up on what isn't and attempt to make changes. I have been with Aledade for 5 years the positive changes I see are amazing. My team works closely with each other. We ensure the individual is in a good place-rather; whether this relates to work/home; we find ways to assist one another in keeping a work/home life balance. Home life is the priority. My dad became ill suddenly. I was encouraged to be with him. I never felt like I let my team down; they had my back. Grieving is a life-altering experience this company understands, and they employ others who strive to be compassionate/understanding. I wouldn't want to work anywhere other than Aledade. It's truly the Best Place to Work!!!
