Pros

I love working at Aledade because together we make a big impact on providers and patients. We all come from different backgrounds and geographic locations, but yet we all mesh so well! In particular, my team is absolutely brilliant and ready to help however we can. Providing the clearest picture in numbers is what we do!

Cons

I really cant think of any - I've been affiliated with Aledade for 6+ years and am so excited to finally be an employee of such a great company!

Pros

Aledade is the only company I’ve ever worked for where I feel truly valued. I’m surrounded by a team of individuals who are supportive, caring, hardworking. There’s so much to learn from everyone.

Cons

Constant, last minute shifts of priorities and lack of clear direction from one department in particular.
