      Pros

      One of the few companies that directly connects profit with making the world better (Uses data to proactively keep medicare/medicaid patients healthy, reduces reactive & expensive treatment, splits cost savings with government agencies)

      Cons

      Unsustainable growth - Tech debt - No documentation - Focused on growing faster, rather than sustainably Poor management - Resistant to thinking differently - Ignores process gaps/knowledge silos, and forces analysts to fill the gaps/wear all the hats

      Pros

      The people are amazing who work here and the work we do is absolutely life-changing. The flexibility of working here is also unbeatable from anywhere else I have been or heard about.

      Cons

      This company does not care about employee retention - they only care about upper level executives staying within the company. Promotions are not standardized whatsoever and HR is absolutely unreachable when a problem occurs. HR will actually avoid answering your messages. They do not pay nearly enough for how much work we do and there is no overtime even though 90% of employees are working much more than 40 hours a week.

      Over the last year, we have spent a great amount of time standardizing roles and internal equity across the company. For the Analyst role specifically, we outlined defined criteria for promotion and objectives by role within the track which helped guide promotion decisions. If an employee has questions or concerns regarding their individual employment situation, the People Team is a resource, as well as your direct Manager.
