Pros

Remote work and Flexibility in scheduling

Cons

A lot of people in more senior positions have landed the role purely on longevity and have minimal to no leadership experience. These same people often feel threatened by new talent and create toxic work environment for them.

Pros

You will work with a lot of great people Decent benefits

Cons

Aledade recruits people by selling a dream of a hip, fun workplace where everyone is like a “family”. This is definitely not the case. It’s a very toxic backstabbing environment and unfortunately it’s not the regular staff acting like this, it’s mainly management. Management is incapable of making decisions and will scape goat others for mistakes they made. Public ridicule is a constant problem, so if you like to be put down by your boss on a meeting with 20+ employees then this is your place. Decisions are not made logically and never think of cross team implication's or even thought out with any idea of operational aspects. This is a high stress, high anxiety workplace. Each day was like walking on eggshells and being constantly afraid of making a decision or mistake.

Not a stellar place to work

Pros

The demographic proportion of employees tend to lean heavily towards Gen X. It's a start up, so lots of storming, norming and forming, and pivoting.

Cons

Because a majority of the employee demographics are GenX, etc. there's not a great work ethic or appreciation of older employees who do have good work ethics, or more experience in the health care industry. Worse, they use Google Suites and Slack for IM, with 100+ (duplicative) Slack channels for problem solving which is not very efficient. Then there are the hordes of Apps (i.e. Monday.com) they use for internal operations, without the proper training to all.
