In my experience, I encountered verbal harassment, retaliation after raising concerns that leadership invited employees to share, and a lack of transparency. I observed behavior that felt passive-aggressive and inconsistent—saying one thing directly while acting differently behind the scenes. I also felt that HR did not adequately address long-standing written complaints, particularly when the individual involved was more senior. When leadership has the ability to affect compensation and benefits, fairness and accountability matter. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect those values. For a public service organization, I expected better.

Management is atrocious. My director had no clue what she was doing and couldn’t manage the work. I was told I was the “top producer” for the department but talked to as if this was a bad thing. I was told I needed to “manage the ambiguity” better when I asked for clearer expectations and goals. They keep doing lay offs. I was on an all staff and Farzad said that Aledade didn’t do lay offs. Layoffs started two weeks later and have been in waves since.
