Management is atrocious. My director had no clue what she was doing and couldn’t manage the work. I was told I was the “top producer” for the department but talked to as if this was a bad thing. I was told I needed to “manage the ambiguity” better when I asked for clearer expectations and goals. They keep doing lay offs. I was on an all staff and Farzad said that Aledade didn’t do lay offs. Layoffs started two weeks later and have been in waves since.

Chaotic, unorganized, my opinion-the manager, long time supervisor, and director do not understand day to day tasks and tend to make daily work difficult.
