Cons
- chaotic environment - lack of organization - lack of standardization - poorly trained market leadership - each market is run completely differently. Directors are not trained on basic leadership skills and strategies. - not a lot of career growth opportunities - company has strong values and good culture but the markets frequently don't align with these values and good culture.
