Fast growth has caused chaos and constant changes and change to the changes, management is not necessarily qualified in some cases.

Let’s start by they remove us from Mondays all staff meeting where Aledade leaders speak. They don’t want us to hear the good things that happen at Aledade. BUT, our managers can attend the Aledade meetings. ACS New director who sucks all around her job. Starting 100% call center structure because that’s all she knows. They don’t care anymore about their pts, it’s all about how many calls can you do per day. Again run and don’t ever apply for the ACS side unless you like working under micromanagement. Lets not forgot we can’t give feedbacks unless it’s a positive one. Looking for a job elsewhere. Would love to return to Aledade side.
