Unlike the previous CTO, who demonstrated a clear understanding of the field and transparently communicated every change, the current leadership has provided vague and dismissive responses when questioned about alterations within IT. In the past, the organization inspired confidence among its employees, but the recent shifts have led to a decrease in faith. Regrettably, the departure of top talent has been observed, further impacting the overall sentiment within the company. I hope that these challenges can be addressed, fostering an environment that encourages open communication and reinstates the trust and optimism that once defined our workplace, but I won't hold my breath...
