      Fully remote, easy product to get motivated by

      Leadership is suffering and has lost a lot of credibility. Recent mass layoffs with a lot of people still getting let go afterwards.

      At one time had a great mission and implementation

      But those days are gone. Long gone. The two key founders - CEO and President Mostashari and Kendall - CANNOT claim plausible deniability that the company they created is long gone, and the current leadership is horrible. Senior HR leaders are shameful in allowing things to go on as they have. VPs are promoted based on favoritism and are in most cases woefully unqualified for their roles. Despite DEI initiatives, look at the rating BY black employees. This company is a cesspool and is a shell of what it once was, which was a very good company. Don’t be fooled, and join this company at your own risk. Your mental health will suffer.
