Then they unexpectedly laid off numerous employees, with no warning, via EMAIL! They completely lost all compassion , trust, and that transparency - and their CORE values that are so important, we’re not demonstrated at all. They could have offered severance pkg to anyone interested, or those near retirement, had other jobs in mind etc. It was handled with no heart ir grace, more like a big tech company (think of Twitter layoffs) I’m still in shock about how it was handled. I never ever thought I’d say this, as I referred numerous friends in the past, but Proceed with caution! Things are changing, and that includes the previous culture.

Unfortunately, while the mission statement and goal of Aledade are positive, that is about the end of the pros. Please do not be fooled by the positive reviews, as it is an active and ongoing campaign to get new hires to leave a positive review within the first 30 days of employment. During my time at Aledade, I was given unrealistic goals to meet with very little resources to utilize in the hopes of meeting said goals. I endured months of harassment from management, that included sexist comments, passive aggressive emails/messages, and at times just being straight up yelled at. I left as soon as I had another opportunity which paid more (which is not surprising as many people at Aledade are paid below market value).
