      Serious leadership turn over, toxic culture, lay offs, lip service

      Interesting domain space - primary care ACOs, flexible remote work, messaging around inclusion and diversity

      Cons

      4 different Product leaders, 2 different CTOs within the last several years, rapid expansion without planning leading to lay offs, toxic culture behaviors at every level including taking credit for others work, hostility and reactive behavior in meetings (including the c-suite), lack of role clarity, lack of direction or standardized process, unreasonable goal setting, favoritism, micro management (or laissez faire management), zero tolerance for contrary opinions

      Pros

      Worked with some very talented and kind hearted individuals. Their benefits are good compared to other companies.

      Cons

      They’re consistently tone deaf to the actual workload they expect people to accomplish. Some managers micro-manage their employees. They have all the great words, but won’t actually follow through. Be careful not to use their medical benefits too much or you become a target for unexpected lay offs. They find “legal” ways to let people go so that it doesn’t appear like retaliation. They’re extremely callous about laying people off who just returned from medical leave. There really isn’t anywhere to advance.

      Pros

      A lot of therapists are gaining patients, you can water your plants with your tears, you gain more perspective on what you shouldn’t want from a company, you can fail but still be promoted if you’re a manager

      Cons

      HR will gaslight you, lack of diversity, management that has zero accountability, zero empathy, you are a number, you will never get promoted, zero opportunity for growth, clique-y, upper management has zero idea of how their managers truly are, zero training, no communication between any department or managers, policies change on a dime, new fires to put out everyday
