      Excellent clients, products and a lot to learn from a well established retailer

      New Management has got a policy "Dangle Carrot on Stick", High End High street approach.

      Nice Office and Richemont ownership

      Cons

      The majority of the people working here do not take this seriously as a brand, both interms of cost, sales growth and making product right for the man of today. Creative director seems to be stuck in a different generation product wise vs client and effectively runs the company vs the CEO. A lot of legacy directors working there who are both limited in experience away from Dunhill and also apprehensive to change - as see this as a threat.

      Inspiring, caring individuals / colleagues that help you learn a lot about brand building from the seed of an idea to global cross functional delivery. Largely, a lot of nice people worked there. Interesting brand with a rich history Strong brand DNA Alluring clothing that aligns to a fascinating 'world' Potential...

      Cons

      Some archaic seniors that didn't value up and coming creatives and professionals. Ways of working were ancient (including work tools / programmes) Performative and acerbic Seniors who stifled good energy and the collaborative process Stopped growth opportunities for some really talented people Low paying (unless your favoured or upper management)
