      Pros

      New CEO wants to get things done, but keeps a good spirit. Building leadership within the company - breath of fresh air for the people who were actually doing their jobs, who are finally receiving much needed support. Teams all over the company are changing. Bad influences and attitudes are being trimmed out of the company.

      Cons

      Lots of work, very fast-paced, need experienced employees with "can-do" attitude, some tasks are still too bureaucratic.

      There is a lot to learn while working for this company.The teams and atmosphere are fantastic, however very fast paced so imperative to be able to work under pressure.

      Great manager , very supportive individual how help with my development within the company.The company has a great heritage which I believe is maintained through politeness and professionalism, however very long working hours
