Amazing brand heritage. Creative Direction has potential to become Luxury.

Cons

No clear brand direction from the top. Lots of highly paid directors. CEO has no belief in the product or design team. Not aware of skills or strengths within own teams. CEO and merchandising are without direction.

Excellent product and beautiful heritage brand

Cons

Culture of working way past contracted hours (50-60+) and made to feel uncomfortable working within allocated time. High turnover rate means staff are spread over large areas with relentless pressure from higher management. Teams and office environment were not welcoming.
