People are very down to earth and lovely Small teams - you can really get involved leading to exposure amongst senior leadership teams Flexible working when it isn't a busy period at work Half day Fridays during summer Sample sales are great

Long working hours during 'market', which means missed dinners and lack of social life Expected to work some weekend during the busy period. Extra time outside working hours / contractual days is not necessarily given back, leading to low moral
